Peter M. Chiste

Mr. Chiste is Vice President and Principal of PNC Equity Management Corp. ("PNC Equity"), the Pittsburgh-based, private equity arm of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Mr. Chiste joined PNC Equity in 2001 and currently leads its private equity and venture capital partnership investment program. His private equity career began in 1997 at Banc One Investment Advisors, a leading investment management firm owned by Bank One Corporation. Previously, he was a senior product manager in the institutional trust divisions of Bank One Trust Company and First Fidelity Bank. Mr. Chiste received his B.A. in Business Administration and English Literature (1980) from Rutgers College, a J.D. (1983) from Rutgers School of Law, and an M.B.A. in Finance (1991) from New York University's Stern School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2000.
