A native of Rochester, New York, Mr. Ten Hagen brings to CCG a significant level of expertise in the areas of production, operations and supply-chain management, specializing in the application of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Before co-founding CCG, Mr. Ten Hagen held key managerial positions in supply chain logistics, specifically customer demand forecasting and vendor managed inventory, for the consumer products division of Johnson & Johnson (J&J). At J&J, Mr. Ten Hagen was trained and certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt, led several projects using Six Sigma and information technology/e-commerce tools, and trained associates on the Six Sigma process. Before joining J&J, Mr. Ten Hagen held the position of Senior Project Engineer for International Paper (IP) and served served in the United States Navy as the Chief Engineering Officer of the USS McCandless (FF-1084).  

Mr. Ten Hagen received his Masters of Science in Industrial Administration (MBA) in production/operations management, strategy, and marketing from Carnegie Mellon University's Graduate School of Industrial Administration and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. In addition to serving on the Boards of Drive Plus Inc., MicroMod Automation, Inc. and Hodge Foundry, Inc., Mr. Ten Hagen is active in several regional organizations.
