G. David Przybylek

Co-Founder and Managing Director

At CCG, Mr. Przybylek is involved in a range of activities relating to its investment activities, including network development, deal flow sourcing, due diligence and transaction structuring. Mr. Przybylek also has a depth of experience and allocates considerable time to portfolio company development activities, working in partnership with management teams to research, formulate and implement strategic and tactical growth plans. In co-founding CCG, Mr. Przybylek brought a broad experience in the fields of investment banking, business valuation and commercial banking.

Experience

Prior to co-founding CCG, Mr. Przybylek served as a Director of the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group of PNC Capital Markets Inc. ("PNCCM"), where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations and management-led LBOs. A significant portion of this experience involved privately held middle market companies seeking to expand their operations, enhance their competitive position or address the estate planning and personal financial issues of their shareholders. He has structured transactions and provided advisory services to clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing (metal processing and fabrication, plastics, precision instruments), retail, energy, value-added distribution, telecommunications, newspapers and other media.

Prior to joining PNCCM, Mr. Przybylek held positions in both financial consulting and commercial banking. He was employed with a New Jersey-based firm specializing in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets such as trademarks, patents, proprietary technology and other intellectual property, and worked with a client base that included Fortune 500 corporations and governmental bodies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and Internal Revenue Service. In commercial banking, Mr. Przybylek was employed by both domestic and foreign institutions, including The Bank of Yokohama, Ltd., in New York City, where he was jointly responsible for a portfolio of loans and financing commitments made in the arenas of international corporate finance, municipal finance and commercial real estate. Mr. Przybylek earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his Master of Science degree in Taxation from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

Corporate & Community Involvement

Mr. Przybylek has served as an active Director on the Boards of CCG portfolio companies and has also held executive-level positions, up to and including interim Chief Executive Officer, when such involvement has been necessary. In addition to his Board responsibilities related to CCG’s portfolio investments, Mr. Przybylek currently sits on the Boards of several regional 501c(s) organizations including the Allegheny Valley Trails Association and the Cochranton Area Redevelopment Effort, Inc., where he also serves as Treasurer.
